How much does a session cost?
Each session has a different rate, which is decided by the performer.
How long does a session last?
Each session is 45 minutes long, with a few extra minutes for introduction and preparation (when needed).
How do I pay for a session I want to book?
You can safely pay using PayPal. You will pay in Euro (€), but you can choose PayPal conversion options to pay in your local currency.
What happens after I booked a session?
After booking a session, you will receive an email confirming your order. We will then confirm the booking with the performer, and get back to you within 48 hours with your personal meeting link. In case the performer is not available on the chosen slot, you’ll be offered the opportunity to reschedule, or you can request a refund.
What do I need to access a session?
An internet connection stable and fast enough to participate in a video call. If you are using a computer (laptop or desktop) we highly recommend using the Chrome browser for best performance (you can download it here
). If you are using a mobile device you must download the Jitsi app for iOS
(iPhone or iPad) or the Jitsi app for Android
. We recommend using earbuds (such as the ones that come bundled with smartphones) for sessions during which you will need to communicate with the performer.
Can I share the video link with other people? Can my friends participate to the session I’ve booked?
You are not allowed to share the video link of the session you booked with other people: the sessions are meant to be one-to-one. That being said, if you have friends or family members who would like to participate and they can join you physically in the same room, using the same device (e.g. to attend a music performance), that’s allowed. Please note that in case other people join the session remotely (meaning there are more than 2 parties in the video call), the performer has the right to ask them to leave, and if they do not comply they can stop the session, without having to provide any refund.
Can I record the session?
Always ask the performer for permission first before making any recordings. Generally speaking you are not allowed to record in full the session, but you can record and share small parts, for example to share them on social media (make sure to mention us!). If for some reason you would like to record the entire session (e.g. to review the information at a later date), please ask the performer if they are ok with it.
I’ve booked a session but I’m longer able to attend it, what happens now?

as soon as possible and we will try to find a solution and reschedule the session. Please note that refunds will only be allowed if a cancellation takes place 7 days before the scheduled start of a session.
What happens if the host cancels the session or doesn’t show?
In the unlikely event that the host has to cancel a session or does not show up, we will help you reschedule the session free of charge, or provide a refund. Please get in touch with us via email
and make sure to include your booking number.
I’m not satisfied with a session that I just attended, what should I do?

as soon as possible and let us know what went wrong. We will do our best to find a solution.
